As it is important to limit the presence of patients in your waiting room, Bonjour-santé has deployed SMS Car, a solution that allows you to quickly and easily call patients who are waiting in their car and guide them to an examination room at the time of their appointment.
This innovation aims to protect your staff and your patients while ensuring a smooth flow of your appointments.
How does SMS Car work?
1- 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time: the patient will automatically receive an SMS that will allow them to notify you of their arrival and to check-in from their phone; they will receive a confirmation and a message telling them to wait in their car;
2- At the time of their appointment: proceed as usual to call the patient from the Console interface; an SMS will invite the patient to enter and go to the identified room.
